work

things i've built, and why i built them.

experience

  • Apr–Aug 2026

    Software Engineering Intern @ Fraxia

built the RAG-infrastructure for the platform that digests mining technical reports with over 500 pages.

  • Jun–Sep 2025

Project Management Intern @ Global Electric

worked on the la metro project through contract reviewing and built the email ingestion pipeline that increases the productivity by 50%.

  • Sep–Dec 2024

Software Engineering Fellow @ Headstarter AI

a software engineering fellowship where i've built full-stack apps that serves over a thousand users for a track.

projects

  • 2026

    prebuilt

a pipeline that utilizes a network of decentralized agents to optimize micrometer precision 3d printing using local models

  • 2026

    robodog

a spotmicro-style robot that transmit mobile wifi signals for disaster areas autonomously. i worked on the dynamics and control, along with rl training and kinematics for smooth movements and cuteness.

  • 2026

    lief

smart people still click bad links, so i built an extension that teaches you to spot the trick right when it happens.

  • 2026

    mirage

trained a model that can understand the world well enough to replace a simulator through a custom triton kernel and tokenizer.

  • 2025

    hengel

a proxy that checks every site your browser asks for against known phishing domains, helping people against typosquatting threads. runner-up of 200+ teams at Concordia University.

  • 2024

    ENTRYL

a desktop malware scanner that runs on a self-trained model using automl because mcafee isn't smart enough.

  • 2024

    inventory management

my first full app where i've learnt databases and calling apis

demos

real data · hand-rolled webgl

the mirage arm

a real episode from mirage's training scene that is played back frame by frame.

TOKENIZER

compresses each 64x64 frame into an 8x8 grid of discrete codes.

DYNAMICS MODEL

a small transformer that predicts the next frame's tokens from the current ones and the action.

DATASET

each frame's pixels have the joint angles and block positions.

a single recorded frame of mirage's arm_blocks scene, showing the two-link arm and the three blocks it manipulates on the table, at the 64 by 64 pixels the simulator actually renders.

lief, live

live lief demo. try it out! paste a sketchy url.

paypa1.comdangerous paypa1.com: the digit 1 where the letter l belongs. The real paypal.com does not.
arnazon.comdangerous arnazon.com: the letters r and n side by side, which read as a single m at a glance. The real amazon.com does not.
wellsfargo-secure.comsuspicious wellsfargo-secure.com: a real brand name with a word bolted on to look official. The registered domain is not wellsfargo.com.
gooogle.comdangerous gooogle.com: one letter off from google.com. Read the domain again, slowly.
http://192.168.4.20/loginsuspicious 192.168.4.20 is a bare IP address, not a domain name. There is no name to check and nobody named to hold responsible. Legitimate services put a name in front of their servers.
invoice.pdf.exedangerous invoice.pdf.exe has two extensions. It looks like a .pdf file, but the one that actually runs is .exe, and that is the one your computer obeys.
github.comsafe no rule fired. lief stays quiet here.

the apps

prebuilt's demo page: two printers learning together without sharing data, with networked error, oracle gap closed, interval coverage and privacy audit stats above per-round error charts.
prebuilt: the demo page from a simulated run, three rounds on two resin printers.
hengel's dashboard: an activity panel with a background-scan button, two charts, and an ai assistant.
hengel: the dashboard from the hackathon. the charts still show their placeholder data.
ENTRYL's dashboard: system memory, top processes, live cpu and memory charts, the malware scan panel and the assistant.
ENTRYL: the real dashboard, running on live stats from my own machine.
